In addition we arrange a wide variety of insurance products - from standard life assurance through to keyperson cover for businesses. We have access to a panel of some of the largest insurance companies in the UK market as well as a number of smaller specialist providers.

We also help prepare business plans for new "start up " companies as well as existing trading companies who require an annual plan review. We will also be happy to review existing businesses financial arrangements as well as recommend new "start up " situations to our panel of commercial funders.

R J Mortgage advisors are independent advisers and as such offer mortgage advice from the whole market place. We charge a reduced fee for our services, as we are paid fees from our lenders. However we do offer you the option of paying our fees in full in return for us not receiving a fee from your lender.

The fee we charge will depend on your circumstances, but we estimate it will be up to 1% of the loan  amount, and is usually paid on completion. Alternatively we can offer our services on an hourly basis of £105 plus VAT and any fees we receive from the mortgage lender will be refunded to the client.

For preparation of BUSINESS PLANS we charge on an hourly basis starting at £105 plus VAT per hour.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be up to 1% of the loan amount, this fee will be payable on completion.
