R J Mortgage advisors are independent advisers and as such offer mortgage advice from the whole market place. We charge a reduced fee for our services, as we are paid fees from our lenders. However we do offer you the option of paying our fees in full in return for us refunding the lender fee to you direct. The fee we charge will depend on your circumstances, but we estimate it will be up to 1% of the loan amount.
